How to Make a Villages Tax-Aide Appointment

If you are uncertain how to make a Villages Tax-Aide appointment, please follow these steps:

  • Click HERE to reach our scheduling webpage
  • Read the information that appears on that webpage
  • At the bottom of the page, click on the date and then the time that you would like to schedule an appointment
  • Enter your first and last name, phone number and email address
    • BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS SPELLED CORRECTLY
  • Press the “Complete Appointment” button at the bottom of the window
  • Check that the appointment information on the window that appears is correct
    • If the information is not correct, click on the “Reschedule” button to reschedule the appointment
    • If you want to add the appointment to your calendar, click on either the “Add to iCal/Outlook” or “Add to Google” button
  • Then check the email address that you entered to view your confirmation email
    • IF YOU CAN’T FIND THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, click on the “view appointment details” link that is at the top of your confirmation email.
